Are you kid‑friendly? Can my kids come with me?
Yes! We love when kids see their parents do hard things. It helps them build a healthy relationship with exercise and nutrition. Kids can be on the sidelines, but for safety, they shouldn't use gym equipment unless participating with a signed waiver.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, first-time visitors get two free trial classes. Book online and start your journey without commitment!
